Return Period: To make a return, it must be done within 14 days after the purchase.
Return Process: Send an email to hi@labsmoratiel.com, with the subject "Return: Order Number" that includes a copy of the proof of purchase we sent to the address you provided, the return method you wish to use, and three photos of the product in your possession, anverse and reverse of it, and a close up.
Once we receive the email, you will receive a label that you must print and attach to the package, present it at your local post office, and send it.
Documents required for a return: You must attach the proof of purchase and three photos of the product in your possession.
Return costs: You will have to bear the shipping costs indicated by the carrier.
Return method: Replacement with a product of the same value or refund of the purchase amount excluding the original shipping costs.
